with the new people here, it's time that we learn a little about each other.
i guess i'll start with myself.
i came to this board 1.5 years ago, and still have only two hundred some posts only. oh well.
anyways, i'm a thirteen year old Calgarian (alberta, Canada, if you didn't know) and am FEMALE.
i am of Chinese decent, but was born in a little town near Edmonton called Camrose.
some of my interests include reading non-fiction books, spending time with my friends, using the computer for purposes that do not relate to school, sketching, and learning. oh, don't forget badgering teachers and mocking them.
since i was in grade 3, i've wanted to become a doctor of some kind, but never a general practitioner. At first, it came as a desire for money and a profession my parents would be proud of me for, but then it turned into a desire to help others and a true interest in the human body.
at one point, i wanted to become an optometrist, but now, i have many occupations in mind, but my top choice would be to become an orthodontist. it would interest me to be an anaesthesioloist, a psychiatrist, or a pharmacist.
i guess i've grown out of my 'natalie portman roolz' phase, and i just appreciate how she changed my life. one year ago, i wanted to be just like natalie. i wanted to be famous and educated, and i thought natalie was just that. she's changed my life so that i set higher standards for myself, and i think i've also become a more thoughtful person, though you may not have realised that i've changed.
i take violin and piano lessons, and i'm quite an advanced piano player, but i don't like to play violin music that much.
my main life motto, though i have many, is that in a country like Canada, a person can be anything and anyone they want. They can acheive anything they want, they only need to give their best because nothing will happen when you don't give your full effort.
that's a tad bit about me, now, everyone else, i hope you tell a bit about yourself.
