I know there used to be a thread for tiny bits of Natalie info, but I can't find it. So let's make this the new official place to put all the little Nat-related findings that don't warrant their own threads.

The March issue of Teen People has a page showing stars at their proms. Included is a pic of Natalie at hers, along with the following caption:
"Natalie Portman on her 1999 prom: "The guy I went with messed up his plans. There were no reservations [where we were supposed to stay] and we ended up sleeping in a car."

How romantic.

It looks quite similar. Though, I always thought the London dress was much lighter (almost white). But matching the stylings, the blue-factor is overruled: they're the same.

I saw Natalie Portman in Harvard Sq. in Boston a few months ago. We were both walking towards CVS. She was average height and wore mesh shorts and a t-shirt and had on huge sunglasses. I held the door for her, but she just walked past me. I don't know if she was in a rush or not, but she could have said, 'thanks.'

He's an Irish singer and songwriter, Amidoll. I've only heard one of his songs, called The Blower's Daughter. It's kind of folksy-sounding, mostly guitar and strings. Very well put together song, and his voice is just beautiful. It's not the sort of sound I'd drop money on personally, but I appreciate the guy's obvious talent.

i think he's pretty good.
i was impressed.
i really liked what he was doing and it was
quite heartfelt and resonant.
i think the girl that sings with him is cute and
has a great voice. aw heck i just love girl voices in general.
he'll be in this area soon but i'm not sure if i'll
go see him. a friend of mine is sort of into him.

...Meanwhile, Law, Oscar-nominated for Cold Mountain, has been seen out with his latest co-stars, Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman.

The trio are filming Closer at Elstree and around London. Law, 31, has also been taking the two Hollywood stars around the sights. They were at Brixton Academy on Friday night, and Law was photographed leaving the Covent Garden Hotel after having a drink with Roberts last week.

In other celeb news, it looks like Jude Law has broken up with his hot model girlfriend, Sienna Miller (22). Apparently, he's with Scarlett Johannsson now.
She's 19 years old, Jude.

In the new Jane with Meg Ryan on the cover, on page 66, some girl thinks she looks like Natalie. There is a small pic from the NY premiere of Cold Mountain.
There is a regular feature called "People say I look like/I think I look like" featuring a reader.
People say the girl looks like Eliza Dushku, she thinks she looks like Winona Ryder and Natalie. I love the way people say she looks like some D list celebrity, but she thinks she looks like two of the most beautiful women in hollywood. She's either hopelessly self-deluded or lacking any shred of modesty...

I dont like Sienna Miller.....shes a wannabe - I dont know what the fuss with her is all about - in all the pictures I have seen of her she tries to emulate Kate Moss' style..... (nothing to do with her dating Mr. Law of course! - aghh, shes my age and dating Law!)
